Ingredients
Cookie Dough:
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
3. Add peanut butter and eggs, mixing well.
4. Combine dry ingredients and gradually add to wet mixture.
5. Chill dough for 30 minutes.
6. Scoop dough onto baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
