Description

A nutritious and delicious cookie recipe perfect for seasonal celebrations.


Ingredients

Dry Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup protein powder
1/2 cup almond flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon

Wet Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup


Instructions

Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mixing:
1. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.
2. Whisk wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
3. Blend both mixtures until smooth.

Baking:
1. Scoop dough onto baking sheet.
2. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
3. Cool on a wire rack.

Notes

For a vegan version, replace eggs with flaxseed meal.
