1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
Baking:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Combine peanut butter, granulated sugar, and egg. Stir until well blended.
3. Add vanilla extract, salt, and baking soda. Mix until fully incorporated.
4. Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each.
5. Press a fork into each dough ball to create a crisscross pattern.
6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
