Ingredients

Wet Ingredients:

1/2 cup coconut sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup chocolate chips or chunks
Instructions
Preparation:
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Mixing:
1. In a larger bowl, beat the softened butter with the coconut sugar and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
2. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until smooth.
Combining:
