Ingredients

1/2 cup coconut flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
Wet Ingredients:
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
Add-ins:
1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mixing:
1. In a bowl, combine dry ingredients.
2. In another bowl, mix wet ingredients.
3. Combine wet and dry ingredients until well blended.
Baking:
1. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts.
2. Scoop dough onto baking sheet.
3. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden.
Cooling:
1. Let cookies cool on a wire rack before serving.
Notes
For a nut-free version, use sunflower seed butter. Adjust baking time for desired crispness.
