Description

This crispy peanut butter cookie recipe delivers golden, sugar-kissed cookies with crunchy edges and bold roasted flavor — the perfect fall treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup (250g) peanut butter
    (smooth or crunchy)

  • 1 cup (200g) white granulated sugar

  • 1 large egg

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)


Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • In a bowl, mix peanut butter, sugar, egg, baking soda, and vanilla until smooth.

  • Scoop tablespoon-sized dough balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.

  • Flatten each ball with a fork in a crisscross pattern.

  • Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the edges are golden and tops are slightly cracked.

 

  • Cool on the sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to crisp fully.
