1/2 cup protein powder
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup chocolate chips or nuts (optional)
Instructions
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Mix almond flour, protein powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
3. In another bowl, whisk coconut oil, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
4. Combine wet and dry ingredients to form a dough.
5. Fold in chocolate chips or nuts if using.
6. Shape dough into balls and place on a baking sheet.
7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden brown.
